“BRUTO”
A cuisine that seeks authenticity without compromise; it is strength, it is real, it is a flavor that asks no permission. Bruto promises devastating flavors made with quality and accessible to all. Bruto is born from Arlette's desire to continue building her identity and to leave her mark within Peruvian gastronomy.
